9.Waterproof backpack and down sleeping bag: The backpack can liberate your hands, and the waterproof backpack is not afraid of wind and rain, and can protect your goods very well. Choose a suitable down sleeping bag according to the temperature. The temperature in the tent at night is about -5°C to -10°C, and a down sleeping bag that is cold-resistant to about -15°C is needed. When using a hollow cotton sleeping bag and a fleece sleeping bag for camping in a cold area overnight, be sure to use a camp lamp to increase the temperature in the tent;

10.Communication and navigation equipment and software: The walkie-talkie is very useful in team activities, and it is convenient to respond before and after. The mobile phone consumes power quickly in the field. Remember to bring a power bank. Since the mobile phone often has no signal in the mountainous area, it is recommended to download the track and offline map in advance to facilitate navigation and use. If necessary, you can also use a satellite phone.

11.When the temperature is too low, the battery consumption will become very fast, so it is best to bring a backup power supply. However, many times in the mountains there is no signal from mobile phones, so you should not over-rely on mobile phones.
